A quotation from a previous, happy client explaining the work you did for them could be the tipping point that convinces your visitors to get in touch with you, over your competitors.

Make sure your testimonials are as detailed and specific as possible, with the name identified. Otherwise they might seem doctored.

Linking to social media accounts through your website demonstrates the authenticity of your company and provides a new way to communicate with your target audience. UX (User Experience) refers to the ease with which visitors can navigate your website.
