Where does the reporting data come from?
Gather Report uses your shift records, progress quantities, labour and plant allocations, and recorded events. Keep site records complete and accurate to make reports useful.
Can we compare planned and actual work?
Yes. Compare planned quantities with completed work by activity, then review the site records to investigate differences.
What construction reports can I review?
Explore progress, performance, cost, resource, access, HSQE and carbon reports. Switch between views to investigate the work and the resources behind it.
Does Gather replace our cost accounts or CVR?
Gather supports your commercial review with recorded hours and resource costs. Reconcile these with your accounts and CVR; recorded hours alone do not establish final cost.
Can the reports establish delay or entitlement?
Reports help organise the evidence. Delay, disruption and contractual entitlement still need assessment against the programme, contract and other relevant information.
