Timeline: 6 weeks▾

Weeks 1 and 2: programmes imported from P6, Asta Powerproject or Excel. WBS and measurement standards set against your tenders. Weeks 3 and 4: site teams trained, one 45 minute session each, and the AI QS goes live on every diary. Weeks 5 and 6: contract tuning, dashboard sign off, handover. Your team runs it without us.

Deliverable 1: Every project configured against its tender▾

Programmes imported from P6, Asta Powerproject or Excel, then WBS, resource libraries and measurement standards built from your actual tenders, not a template. That setup pre fills 64% of every diary entry before a foreman touches it.

Deliverable 2: Site teams recording in under 5 minutes▾

One 45 minute session per team. Voice to text that works with gloves on, offline capture that syncs when signal returns. The 7pm paper diary is gone by week 3.

Deliverable 3: A live CE register and a CVR that fills itself in▾

How much of my team's time does this take?▾

About nine hours over six weeks.

Before the start: send us your programme exports and contract details. 30 minutes.
Week 1: 90 minute configuration workshop with your commercial lead.
Week 2: 60 minute WBS and measurement standard sign off.
Week 3: one 45 minute training session per site team.
Weeks 4 and 5: 45 minutes a week reviewing what the AI QS flags.
Week 6: 90 minute handover.

After that, site teams spend five minutes per shift. Less than the paper takes now.

Does it work with NEC3 or JCT, not just NEC4?▾

Yes. NEC3, NEC4, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke amendments. Tell us the form on the scoping call and it is configured during the sprint, not after.

What about connectivity on site?▾

The app captures offline and syncs when signal returns. Tunnels, basements and rural possessions are fine. Photos, GPS tags and timestamps are recorded at the point of entry either way.

Who from our side needs to be involved?▾

Three people at most. A commercial lead to own the configuration decisions, and the supervisors who record diaries. This is not an IT project. If you want M365, Procore or Autodesk integration, that is one IT contact and one call.

What happens after the sprint ends?▾

Your teams are trained, the AI QS is live, and the fee covers unlimited projects and users for a full year. After that you renew on an annual subscription. New projects get added as you win them.

What's the typical wait time before we can start?▾

We run two implementations at a time, so there is usually a two to four week wait. Book the call and we hold your slot. The pre work fits inside the wait.

How is our data secured?▾

ISO 27001, ISO 9001, Cyber Essentials Plus and G-Cloud approved. Records are GPS tagged, timestamped and tamper evident, which is why they stand up at adjudication.
